Work Service submitted the offering prospect to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. The public offer in planned for the 1st half of 2008.  

The company plans to conduct a public offer in the 1st half of 2008 and to acquire between 150 and 200 m PLN, among others for acquisition of other domestic and foreign companies.
