We are currently recruiting Chef De Parties to work in a new brasserie in South West London. As a Chef De Partie you will ideally have at least 1 years experience at that level.  

Our client has only been open for a short while but is already beginning to receive very good reviews. The food is described as British and French brasserie style and they are turning over approximately 100 – 150 covers per day. The two chefs behind this project have both earnt Michelin stars and as such the food is of the highest standard.  

The ideal candidates will have at least one years experience at Chef De Partie level and must have a good attitude.
