2001

In 2001 Work Service received the award “the Leader of Entrepreneurship in 2001”. We were presented with this reward by Leszek Miller, the Prime Minister of Poland, received for our innovative approach to recruitment and our sensitivity to the requirements of European markets.  

2002

To increase reliability and quality of provided services, Work Service gets certificate ISO 9001:2000 in recruitment services and merchandising.  

2003

In 2003 Work Services was awarded with the “Teraz Polska” Polish Promotion Emblem, which has been granted to companies and products characterised by the highest quality.  

In 2003 we also received another distinction - the title of” the Market Leader”, which means that we were recognised as the Best Company in Poland in the field of personnel consultancy in the scope of staff leasing.  

At this time Work Service joined Business Centre Club, and also the Confederation of Polish Employers. We continued our efforts to gain a leading position among temporary employment agencies in Poland, while still developing our foreign offices in the EU.  

Also in 2003 the “Businessman Magazine”, a prestigious publication within the business industry, awarded us with the title of "The Brand of the Future."  

2004

2004 began well with the "Business Pulse” journal noting us at the 23rd position in the Polish rank entitled “Gazelles of the Business” for the most dynamically developing enterprises. Also Business Centre Club awarded our efforts at the European markets with the European Medal.  

We also joined the Association of Employment Agencies, the organisation associating the trade of employment agencies. In doing so we hoped to create a high ethic standard amoung our competitors in the recruitment industry, and also receive effective representation among legislative circles.  

2006

We started 2006 with a change of the company status to Work Service Joint-stock Co. At the beginning of that year, the company was also awarded with the title: “The Leader of Personnel Consultancy” in the Polish Rank of Leaders of Personnel Consultancy named after Eugeniusz Kwiatkowski.  

We became actively involved in the programme of employment for the handicapped, organising and participating in numerous dedicated job fairs. In November the Chapter of Dolnośląski Economic Certificate presided by the Marshal of the Dolnośląskie Voivodship decided to distinguish our company with the regional certificate of quality and economic credibility.  

2007

For the first time Work Service has been placed in the prestigious rank of the 500 largest companies, published annually by the “Polityka” weekly. The revenues we achieved in 2006 have enabled Work Service to be placed in the group of the 500 largest Polish companies, which undoubtedly is the flagship of the Polish economy. We achieved 425th place in the rank, the high rank being the result of effective strategy, progressive company development and consistant efficiency of operations.  

In 2007 Work Service was honoured with the award of the 2nd edition of the Polish Contests entitled LEADERS OF CONSULTANCY named after Eugeniusz Kwiatkowski. The award was admitted in the Personnel Consultancy category. LEADERS OF CONSULTANCY is the prestigious undertaking, which selects, presents and rewards the best companies running their business at the Polish market. The assessment is performed by the independent Chapter of business experts.  

2008

In May 2008 Work Service entered into a partnership with a specialist recruitment agency in London - This partnership will enable us to move forward with an experienced and innovative company that share our values of ethical, honest recruitment with effective solutions. Change UK Recruitment.
